Our modernization solutions offer a varied portfolio of products for development, lifecycle management and fully automated migration and modernization of software.

Our core area of business is in the migration of “old” mainframe applications that are written, for example, in COBOL in Java programs for the whole world.

The transformation of a complex and high-performance mainframe system into a highly scalable cloud solution is an exciting challenge. It’s our standard to carry this migration out as fully automated as possible. That means that we have to work with the most modern technologies and at times, tricky requirements.

We work on these tasks with groups of top specialists around the world. It is an enjoyable and rewarding experience to contribute to these teams, to be constantly learning and developing, and at the same time, to see something of the world.

Your tasks

In a thoughtfully planned training program you’ll learn to use and master our software products. You’ll implement our projects on site for our customers on site with the use of our sophisticated software tools. Additionally, you’ll analyze existing systems, conceptualize customer specific solutions and actualize them together with a team – worldwide.

Your open and pleasant way of communicating and your strengths in application and implementation orientation make you a strong member of our team. You personally work on projects that others only read about in the newspaper!

Your profile

  • Degree in computer science or comparable IT training
  • Ideally development and project experience with Java
  • Knowledge of or interest in programming languages is desired
  • Team spirit and solution oriented work mentality
  • Creative in finding solutions
  • Enjoy working on technically demanding problems
  • Good English language skills
